Partner Requirements

Partner Types:

  • Reseller – Resells Hi-G-Tek products and solutions, and provides first level support to the end-user customer (HGT Training & Certification course required here).

 

  • Strategic Alliance – Does not resell, but strictly recommends Hi-G-Tek to their customers (HGT Training & Certification course NOT required here)

 

  • Systems Integrator – Resells Hi-G-Tek products and solutions, and also does integration for the end-user (HGT Training & Certification course required here)

 

  • Lead Rewards – Does not resell, but recommends Hi-G-Tek products and solutions, and receives a percentage of the sale- based on discounting (HGT Training & Certification course NOT required here)

 

Training & Certification:

Partner Level

  • Order and take possession of demo and/or development kit
  • Attend mandatory 3 day (minimum, 5 day maximum) Training & Certification course.
  • It is required that two (2) technical personnel attend from each partner.

Customer Level

  • Partner agrees to Train & Certify the end-user in the basic operation and usage of the Hi-G-Tek products and/or solutions

 

Technical Service & Support:

  • Partner agrees to provide First Level Technical Services & Support (i.e. First Call is from end-user to Partner)

 

  • Hi-G-Tek will work with Partner on Second Level (escalated) Technical Services & Support (i.e. un-resolved First Level support issues)

 

  • Partner agrees to purchase spare parts from Hi-G-Tek while the partner agreement is in effect
