Yaron has more than 20 years’ of international experience overseeing full-scale system and product development, including implementation with a focus on continual technology enhancement, multifaceted project management, technical management, pre-sales management and client support. In his position at Hi-G-Tek, he directs the engineering and lead design team in the configuration and development of cutting-edge systems, including both software and hardware products. Yaron is a leader with solid focus. He provides exceptional support to diverse clients throughout all phases of engagements. He maintains a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and is the spearhead of the design, development, and troubleshooting of complex systems, software, and hardware.
For 6 years prior to working at Hi-G-Tek, Yaron was the Manager of Systems Development and VOD Products at L-3 Communications, where he handled all aspects of product development, enhancement, marketing and sales for $2.5M of VOD products. He joined L-3 Communications from 7 year tenure with Vsoft where he was the Director of Professional Services, Support and QA.
Yaron is a member of The IEEE Computer Society, and has a B.S. in Business Administration, an Associate degree, and Personal Computer and Associate degree: CAD/CAM 2D/3D
